Chris is doing well at basic training, he has been made the element leader and is adjusting to his new life pretty well. He said they definetly yell A LOT but that it's not that bad and he is excited to see everyone at his graduation! We still have yet to get a positive answer on how long tech school will be in Mississippi and won't know until his first couple days he arrives there. If his training is over 20 weeks then Lady (our fur baby) and I will be packing up our things and moving to Mississippi until we get our final duty station.

Chris will leave for basic training in Texas on July 2nd ( four days before my birthday). He will be there for 8 weeks then will take off to Biloxi Mississippi for his tech school which will be at least 38 days and could be longer depending on how he does. We are hoping we will find out his duty station upon basic graduation but who knows. Either way we are both sad that he will be gone for so long but are both excited to finally start this next adventure in our lives.
I will post all updates I get from his as soon as I can so you all can stay in the loop.
